Little Wenfork Campsite - Tariffs

Tents, Touring Caravans and Motorhomes -

Charges are on a per pitch basis, with a maximum of 5 people permitted to stay on each pitch at any one time.

Pitches are charged at £10 per night.

Little Wenfork reserves the right to change this website including, prices, and terms and conditions without notice. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the campsite and to cancel bookings, (for example due to weather or site conditions)

Booking

Little Wenfork Campsite will inform you of your deposit requirements at the time of your booking confirmation, subject to length of stay. The outstanding balance is due on your arrival at Little Wenfork Campsite.

Cancellation

If cancellation is made before 4 weeks prior to arrival the deposit sum will not be refunded, or it can be held over to a date, subject to availability, later in the year. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date the deposit will not be refunded and can NOT be rolled over to a later date or the following year.

Arrival and departure times

Arrivals will be after 5 pm unless otherwise previously agreed with Little Wenfork Campsite. Please advise us of your estimated arrival time. Guests are requested to vacate the pitch by 11.00 am on the last day of their holiday, unless otherwise previously agreed with Little Wenfork Campsite.

The site

By Booking and coming to Little Wenfork Campsite you agree to be responsible for your own welfare and to take all reasonable precautions against personal injury, injury to others and damage to the campsite and surrounding countryside, such as regarding fire and litter.

Bell Tents - April to October Inclusive

Per Week - 7 nights (Sat - Sat) - £250.00

3 night weekend (Fri - Sun) - £140.00

4 night midweek (Mon - Thu) - £160.00

2 night weekend (Fri - Sat) - £100.00

The cost of your stay

The cost includes:

• Tent Hire and use of all facilities unless otherwise stated as an extra cost

• Wood to keep your stove going

• Gas, Candles and tea lights

• Use of the communal washing, shower and toilet facilities

The cost does not include:

• Wood for open fires or charcoal for BBQ.

Booking

To secure your booking a cheque deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay is required, cheques made payable to S.Wing. Bookings must then be paid in full 4 weeks before your visit start date. If the booking is less than 4 weeks from the date of your stay the full price of the stay is required by cheque made payable to S.Wing. Confirmation of the booking will be sent after the deposit has been received.
